I've been eating pasta twice every day ever since nag-decide akong hindi na muna ako kakain ng kanin. Pasta kasi talaga is extremely versatile, and with or without meat, there’s almost no end to the recipes you can create. Kumbaga your imagination is the limit. Speaking of no meat, here's another meat-free pasta recipe using one of my favorite types of pasta - fusilli. This recipe calls for just a handful of good-quality ingredients - fusilli pasta, basil, tomatoes, mushrooms, olive oil, and salt and pepper to taste. Lastly, the combo that definitely helps to brighten up the dish are the fresh mozzarella and unsalted fresh butter from Mr. Moo's. Aside from the fact that this pasta dish is quick and easy to prepare, it's also light and healthyish, plus you can even swap out or add whatever vegetables you have in the fridge. I like to think of this as a great way to use up any veggie scraps left in the produce drawer.

I've tried my fair share of Japanese snacks over the years mga ka-grocery moms, all thanks sa mga padala ng aming mga kamag-anak from the land of the rising sun as well as a land of wonderful snacks and sweets - Japan. Most of them come in fun packaging, exciting varieties and very unique flavors. With that said, who wouldn't want to experience all these Japanese treats any time while at the comfort of our homes? That's where Ninja's Lucky Box comes in. Ninja's Lucky Box is a surprise box filled with a good assortment of Japanese treats from candy bars, gummies, cookies and more. It is inspired by Japanese Fukubukuro or "lucky bags" which are essentially mystery goodie bags. Dahil nga it's a "mystery box", there's an excitement of not knowing what's inside but because each box is carefully curated, makakasiguro ka na you'll only get the best snacks and treats that will make your taste buds happy and satisfied - just like the box that I received. Ninja's Lucky Box is priced at P599 per box. To know more, visit Ninja's Lucky Box Ph on Facebook and @ninjasluckyboxph on Instagram. You may also follow their Shopee store at ninjasluckybox_ph.
I grew up using commercially made soaps, and not that they're bad but for someone na merong sensitive skin, they often irritate my skin leaving it dry, tight and sometimes itchy. Kaya naman ngayon mas nagustuhan kong gumamit ng mga natural handmade soaps kagaya ng goat's milk soap. Goat milk soap is definitely a gentle cleanser filled with vitamins and minerals, along with natural fatty acids. It helps to balance our skin’s pH, as well as moisturize and hydrate, at iba pang benefits. I was able to try some traditional and organic soaps made with high goat milk content from Mr. Moo's which I would totally recommend for all my fellow handmade soap lovers. ●Packaged in recyclable and sustainable packaging ●Come in different variants - Moringa, Charcoal, Cucumber, Seaweed, Coffee, Lemon Grass, Black Currant ●Each soap smells fresh and clean ●Some foam up well and have creamy feel ●Cleanse well without drying the skin ●No irritation or any adverse reaction I also love that their soaps don't dissolve or melt quickly unlike other natural soaps I've tried in the past. Some scents like Lemon Grass and Black Currant also lightly linger on my skin, but not over-powering at all. They're priced from P87 to P89 each which is totally reasonable especially with how big each bar of soap is. Donuts are probably one of my many guilty pleasure foods I won't apologize for loving mga ka-grocery moms. Aside from traditional donuts, I also enjoy mochi donuts na may mochi-like texture na chewy and soft. Problem is, a lot of the mochi donuts I've tried before were way too sweet for my liking, but not these Japanese-style donuts from Mochijo Donuts na bukod sa hindi ganun katamis, they make all of their glaze in-house so there's none or less preservatives, plus they use premium ingredients. Their donuts come in an assortment of flavors including Origlazed, Coffee-Brown Butter Salted Caramel, Dark Choco, Matcharap, and my two favorites - KeSo Ube and OreOh. May nilalabas din silang limited edition donuts every month. If you're interested to try these donuts with bouncy and chewy texture na perfect as a snack or for dessert, you may pre-order at their cart site at least 1 day before delivery at https://mochijo.cococart.co/. You may also visit Mochijo Donuts on Facebook or follow them at @mochijodonuts on Instagram.
