I don't always have the time to cook anything for breakfast but with fried rice, it's a quick and easy dish that can be made with whatever is in my fridge, pantry, or freezer. Ang paborito naming i-partner sa fried rice is luncheon meat. Recently lang, na-discover ko ang Tulip Jamonilla na bukod sa mas mura sa dati kong binibiling luncheon meat, it's also less salty, less greasy, and has a balanced meaty flavor, and because I’ve been trying to come up with creative and easy breakfast ideas, I made this, what I want to call - Fried Rice Sandwich. The ingredients are Tulip Jamonilla, garlic, carrot, peas and corn mix. The rice is also coated in some light Coco Natura Coco Seasoning which is a perfect all-natural healthy alternative to soy sauce. I also added half teaspoon of Cirio Truffle Extra Virgin Olive Oil. This definitely gave the dish a complex and intense flavor na surprisingly nagustuhan ng anak ko. I just used the Tulip Jamonilla tin as the fried rice mold. Tulip Jamonilla is available in all leading supermarkets nationwide. You may visit Tulip Philippines on Facebook or follow them at @tulipphilippines on Instagram.
